The pond liner is available as OaseFol and EuroFol by the metre in numerous roll widths, including 4.50 m, 6.00 m and 9.00 m. Choose the appropriate roll width and order the required length in whole metres.

The 1.0 mm EPDM pond liner is suitable for garden, natural, koi, and swimming ponds, as well as individually shaped water features. The elastic rubber liner adapts well to slopes, deep zones, steps, and irregular pond shapes, and remains flexible even at low temperatures.
This product page offers variants from the OaseFol and EuroFol product lines. The different web widths allow for the foil size to be planned to fit the respective project. Wide webs enable installation in one piece or with as few joints as possible for many pond shapes.
EPDM membranes are also used for technical sealing tasks due to their elasticity and resistance to UV, ozone, and weathering. Depending on the substrate, roof structure, and installation system, the membrane can be used, for example, for small flat roofs, garden sheds, carports, or similar structures. However, before being used as roof waterproofing, the project-specific requirements, suitable fastening, and the adhesives and connection systems used must be checked.
For a long-term protected seal, a suitable material should be placed underneath the EPDM foil Protective fleece be relocated. Primers, seam tapes and repair products matched to EPDM are required for seams, penetrations, connections and repairs.
Protective fleece, primer, seam tape, membrane adhesive, repair material, installation parts and other laying accessories are not automatically included and must be ordered separately to suit the project.

All available versions are made of 1.0 mm thick black EPDM rubber sheeting. The roll width is determined by the chosen variant. The required sheeting length is ordered as a cut piece in whole metres.

Order example: With a chosen web width of 4.50 m and an order quantity of 7 m, you will receive a film piece measuring 4.50 × 7.00 m, or 31.50 m² in area.
When used outside of pond construction, the subgrade, fastening, drainage, connections and the required technical certificates must be reviewed on a project-specific basis.
The combination of high elasticity and large available web widths makes EPDM particularly interesting for long-term pond, koi pond, and natural swimming pond projects.
For professional installation, the EPDM pond liner should be combined with a suitable protective fleece and installation accessories compatible with EPDM.

Existing films, adhesives, and connection materials should only be combined if the material, surface, and processing system have been demonstrably proven to be compatible.
The sub-base must be load-bearing, clean and free from sharp stones, roots and objects with sharp edges. Unevenness and point loads should be eliminated before laying.
Before laying the pond liner, a suitable protective fleece should be spread over the entire pond area, including slopes, steps, and edges. The protective fleece reduces mechanical stress from the subsoil.
The following formulas can be used as a basis for planning:

The edge of the pond should generally include a setback of at least 30 to 50 cm.
A pond is 5.00 m long, 3.00 m wide and a maximum of 1.20 m deep. With a marginal addition of 0.50 m each, this results in:
For this example, a 9.00 m wide EuroFol variant with an order length of 9 m can be used. The delivered film piece will then measure 9.00 x 9.00 m.
The liner should be laid loosely and without tension in the pond profile. Folds should be distributed as evenly as possible. The final edge fastening should only be done after the liner has settled under the weight of the filled water.
Floor drains, skimmers, wall penetrations and other built-in parts must be installed with suitable flanges and sealing systems. The respective installation and processing instructions must be observed.

Add twice the maximum pond depth and twice the desired edge allowance to both the pond length and pond width. For irregularly shaped ponds, measurements should also be taken directly over the finished pond profile.
Select a web width that fully covers at least one of the two calculated film dimensions. The second dimension will then be determined by the ordered film length. The aim is to lay the film in one piece or with as few seams as possible.
First, select the desired product line and web width. Then, enter the required length in whole metres as the order quantity. For example, with a web width of 6.00 m and an order quantity of 8 m, you will receive a sheet of film measuring 6.00 x 8.00 m.
A suitable protective fleece is strongly recommended. It protects the liner from sharp stones, roots, unevenness, and other mechanical stresses from the ground.

The EPDM pond liner must be laid tension-free and on a suitable, protected substrate. Sharp stones, roots, hard edges, and unsuitable tools can damage the liner.
Large film cuts and complete rolls can reach a considerable weight. Sufficient personnel or suitable lifting and transport aids must be planned for transport and laying.
When cutting, sharp tools should be used with control. Already laid film surfaces can be slippery, especially when damp.
Processing, adhesive and repair products may only be used in accordance with their respective manufacturer and safety instructions.
